Neil Fox, owner, explains, “We originally visited Thomas Hardie Used Trucks back in 2017 when we were in the process of replacing one of the older vehicles in our fleet, which is when we were introduced to Used Truck Sales Executive – Ronnie Kelsall.
We didn’t want your ‘run of the mill’ vehicle and had our own exacting specification to ensure our chosen vehicle stood out from the crowd. After much discussion with Ronnie, we eventually agreed upon a 2015 Volvo FH4, 500Bhp, Euro 6, Globetrotter Cab with a host of extras, including; performance edition decals, bespoke leather upholstery, alloy wheels, top, middle & lower lightbars, rear perimeter lighting kit and walking floor equipment (rear mounted). Needless to say we achieved the ‘wow factor’ which we’d set out to achieve from the outset!”. Ronnie was incredibly helpful and made the entire process from initial enquiry to eventual purchase easy, offering that personal touch.
In addition, Ronnie organised a photo shoot prior to delivery to commemorate 50 years of Volvo Trucks, which he needn’t have done, but it was something that made the overall experience all the more memorable.
